IMPORTANT Courier / freight information update.
“Sign on Delivery” service If a parcel cannot be delivered because of someone not home to sign, or premises are inaccessible or closed, the parcel will be returned to a Toll collection point or the Toll depot. A card will be left with website contact details where the customer can arrange collection from them.
Authority to Leave We require all customer deliveries who are unable to sign for their parcel, to inform us immediately prior to us freighting goods. We then can inform freight provider the “Authority to Leave” the parcel unsigned and be left in a safe position or at the customer’s directions supplied to us.
Any order for Waiheke Island or Great barrier Island, We will get back to you with freight cost or you can send us an email for what product your after and will give you the freight price.
What currency will I be charged in?
All our products are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and will be charged as such.
How much will it cost to ship my order within New Zealand?
Shipping depends on the size and weight of the parcel, and where it parcel is being delivered. Delivery charges will be made clear at the point of checkout.
Can I get Urgent/ Saturday delivery?
This option is not available in all delivery areas. Please contact us if you want this service.
Who is your shipping provider?
We use Toll NZ for courier parcels.
Do you ship overseas
Sorry, we are unable to send overseas at present.
Can I get track and trace?
Yes, if Tracked Parcel is selected as an option.
We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. The Toll Track and Trace website allows you to see where your order is by way of an online tracker. Using your unique barcode, you will be able to easily see where your parcel is in the delivery process through easy to read graphics. Your order will be scanned at key checkpoints in the delivery network to enable you to have visibility on its whereabouts.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, unless you agree you are happy to receive the goods without signature.
What happens if I am not home when the courier calls?
The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the courier company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel.
Can my order to be shipped to a business address?
Yes. Your address field MUST contain the name of the business so the courier can easily identify it.
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Can my order be shipped to a Rural address?
Yes, however this will cost approx. an extra $6.00.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, sure thing. Please select this option at the checkout. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection and to arrange a time for pick up (from Wiri, Auckland).
How long will it take to receive my order?
We understand you want your order as soon as possible! Our "target" delivery times for items in-stock are:
- North Island:5 - 9 working days
- Rural North Island: 5 - 9 working days
- South Island: 5 - 9 working days
- Rural South Island 5 - 9 working days
If the product is out of stock from us, please allow an additional two weeks to delivery time to allow us to source it from the supplier.
